The Government MUST act by the end of this month
If you thought lockdowns by the UK government were bad, wait until you see what we are all going to be bound by, once the World Health Organisation’s new treaties take effect. These will bind all four nations of the UK and will affect the entire population. We really wish this were a scare story or conspiracy theory, but it is not.
Our daily reports are important, but this one is right up there, towering above many of the others. This report concerns our national sovereignty, our fundamental freedoms, and our human rights. It could not be more important.
Very few readers will have heard of this, so today we are providing an Executive Summary
Given its importance we are splitting this into ‘digestible chunks’. Part I today is an Executive Summary, written by Philippa D’Arcy who has researched in detail on this story. We will follow this up with a number of other reports based around Philippa’s work with the Facts4EU team which explain exactly what is going on and why you should be deeply concerned. If you care at all about sovereignty, democracy, independence and individual liberty you will certainly want to read what follows.

Dr WHO? A glimpse into the (very) near future
Locking you down via WHO edicts from unelected officials at the World Health Organisation

1) Proposals are currently being negotiated in secret that will fundamentally change our human freedoms, our sovereignty and our democracy in relation to healthcare in the UK (and globally). Our elected politicians need urgently to educate themselves on what is quietly going on behind closed doors, so they can better understand why a) the pending changes to the IHR regulations, and b) remaining a WHO Member State, represent a significant risk to national sovereignty.
2) These proposals if adopted in May 2024 will ostensibly be legally binding, may over-ride our national sovereignty, be (intentionally) extremely difficult to get out of, and give the WHO’s Director General (pictured right) unprecedented levels of completely unfettered power, and the ability to dictate UK public health policy and restrict fundamental freedoms and human rights with no recourse.

3) Such new powers will include:
- Freedom to declare a pandemic or even a potential pandemic at which point all decision making powers fall under WHO
- Freedom to impose lockdown restrictions on all individuals in member states
- Freedom to make vaccinations mandatory, such vaccines made in 100 days by skipping human trials and shaving safety and efficacy testing down to bare bones
- The right to specify use of certain medications in medical emergencies, and ban others, ie to decide the health care for every person, with local doctors being forced to follow WHO edicts
- The obligation to carry a global health passport
- Nations required to surveil and censor the press and social media so that no dissenting voices can be heard
- Removal of the clause in the previous version of the IHR relating to Individual Sovereignty
- Forced implementation of massive nationwide bio surveillance to identify potential pathogens “with pandemic potential”
- Charging member states the vast sum to put this into effect and run it : current budget is $31bn per annum in total
4) These changes would result in an unelected, unaccountable individual having unprecedented levels of completely unfettered power, who could dictate UK public health policy and restrict fundamental freedoms and human rights with no recourse.
5) Although it is possible that the UK government would ignore its obligations under the IHRs (if it is indeed true that a treaty in International Law does not bind Britain’s Westminster Parliament), it is highly likely that the government would automatically follow the duties purportedly imposed on it by the Pandemic Treaty and the IHRs. During the Covid pandemic there was no such legal obligation but nevertheless most nations, including UK, followed the same protocols in lockstep - to disastrous effect. It is the ACTIONS that our government would take that is important to us, not whether they are obliged or not to take them.
6) The WHO is now captured by private interests that fund it to the tune of 85% and wield immense power over it. Essentially this is a huge private/public partnership, with taxpayers providing billions (while having no say in the matter), while the private sector sets the direction and reaps the profit rewards. The ‘global elite’ behind these private interests will in this way take control over most Western governments. This is a subversion of democracy.
The WHO in no way endorses this report.
7) This globalist takeover hinges on the successful creation of a feedback loop of surveillance for virus variants, declaration of potential risk followed by lockdowns and restrictions, followed by mass vaccinating of populations to “end” the pandemic restrictions, followed by more surveillance and so on.
8) Time is of the essence. One IHR amendment adopted in May 22 (Article 59) has to be actively rejected by Dec 1st, or by default it will come into force. We need to opt out using Article 61. The other amendments were debated in Geneva in October and will be voted on at the World Health Assembly in May 24 (with only 50% of votes needed to pass them into law). We then have only another 10 months to reject these before they too will by default come into force.
We need to act now to protect against this imminent massive power grab at the hands of WHO and preserve the UK’s authority to manage public health. We need to protect patients’ right to informed consent for medical procedures and for individualised care without coercion by regulatory agencies.

It's not too late to prevent this
The good news is that all of the above can be prevented, given the political will to do so. The UK has no veto but it can unilaterally decide not to agree to any of the above, or selectively pick which IHR amendments it does agree with and which it doesn’t, and inform the WHO accordingly. All it requires is a 2-line letter, for example: “The UK does not wish to be bound by the amendment to Article 59”.

Observations
Our ability to comment on measures taken during the Covid-19 crisis were severely limited, as no-one was allowed to question the ‘settled scientific view’ prevailing at the time. Nevertheless, Facts4EU.Org was the first to start questioning the orthodoxy, as early as 04 March 2020. We were immediately ‘shadow-banned’ on social media.
Today, it seems that everyone is on the bandwagon. Serious questions are being asked about the effects of the government’s measures, the scientific evidence for them, and a whole host of other troubling matters that should be investigated. In our opinion the current Covid enquiry is almost beyond a joke – but that’s for another day.
Part I of our report into the alarming new international treaty coming from the highly dubious ‘World Health Organisation’ should be taken very seriously indeed. We have started with an Executive Summary and will follow up with several other reports on the different aspects mentioned in our report today.
For readers who value individual freedoms, our national sovereignty, and the principle of democracy, we very much hope they will read all our reports on this very serious matter. We know we will once again lose readers and donations over this, but unless we continue to “speak truth to power” we are nothing.
