Let’s do something about our MPs

And let’s do it now, to save Brexit

How many times have you heard or uttered the following?

“The Parliamentary arithmetic won’t allow us to leave”
“I emailed my MP, and didn’t get an answer / he wrote back with Remain arguments”
“It doesn’t matter what we do, they’re nearly all Remainers anyway”

Why are we here?

There’s no doubt that Brexit has so far been thwarted by a combination of factors.

Weak, pro-Remain leadership from Mrs May and her Cabinet
A strong, pro-Remain civil service
A majority Remain Parliament, broadcast media, and Establishment
A weak pro-Brexit campaign and a weak pro-Brexit contingent in Parliament
An EU that took advantage, and wants to impose the worst surrender treaty in peacetime history on the UK

All of the above has engendered an atmosphere where Remainers have become emboldened to the point where the very essence of democracy itself has been relegated to the political wilderness. It is now deemed acceptable by public figures to denigrate and try to thwart the largest popular vote for anything in British history.

Let’s stop Defeatism and embrace Positivity instead

We can’t undo the years we’ve been forced to live through since 23 June 2016. We are where we are so let’s make the best of it.

At Brexit Facts4EU.Org we have never accepted defeat. Over and over we have initiated and promoted fightbacks against the Remain establishment, using a variety of methods. With the Brexit Party’s victory in the EU elections, and a new Prime Minister on the horizon, we now feel it’s time for another concerted effort by us all.

The real ‘Parliamentary arithmetic’ is not the number of Remain MPs in Parliament, but the fact that 168 Labour and 247 Conservative constituencies voted to leave the EU, in the 2016 Referendum. That’s 415 MPs who should all be respecting the verdict of their constituents. And as the decision was delegated by Parliament to the people, the other 235 MPs should also be respecting and implementing the result.

The way to an MP’s heart is via their ballot box. Grab them by that, and their hearts and minds have a very good chance of following.

In our Sunday edition tomorrow we will be publishing a target list of Remain MPs in Leave constituencies. We will also publish a “Rogues’ Gallery” of MPs who have a high profile either because they are Ministers or because the pro-Remain broadcast media invite them onto the TV regularly.

Crucially, we will also be summarising the most effective methods to use to get your views known to your MP, with links to the details of how to do this.

Great article again well done. This shows it as it is. You are right of course that majority in parliament doesn't seem to have the power or the will to complete the transaction that they promised before the referendum. I also worry that they are not capable of running the country. When you see all of the things that are going wrong with the country, then one wonders who to blame. Is it the hidden civil service (we never seem to know much about what they do or who they are).
Apparently, Elton John launches into anti-Brexit tirade as he lashes out at ‘STUPID ENGLISH IDIOTS’ as reported in the Daily Express, what is it with these rich people? They start off as paupers and become rich and then go socialist. I suppose they think along the lines of now I am a rich man and b*gger everyone else. If they feel so violently so, why don't they go and live their utopian paradise? I just don't understood why they never go! I resent being called such things just because I would never vote the same way as them!

Yes Elton, if you hate your people and democracy so much, please go and live in the blatantly anti-democratic Brussels - you wouldn't last 5 minutes darling when faced with the reality of which you are so pathetically ignorant. Juncker would welcome you with open arms.
Why is it that almost ALL of the mostly wealthy 'luvvies' seem to be deranged socialists, completely out of touch with real life and the suffering of their own kind?
A word of advice; do us all a BIG favour and stick to what musicians and actors do best - either making good music or pretending to be someone else! Leave politics to the real people who are into touch with real life and real facts.

"Elton John is a musician and a humanitarian. He does not comment on political issues."
