We strongly recommend our report yesterday, or you can read the coverage about it from GB News here. We destroyed all the lies being told about how Brexit has caused a large fall in GDP. This is simply untrue on every level. We have a very large readership, which we truly value. However this is not enough, as you will understand.

It's vital that our work reaches hundreds of thousands more voters, who would not otherwise see it. The only way to do this is by developing excellent relationships with the media, which takes time and effort. We simply can't do this without more funding. Currently our level of donations results in team members being lucky if they receive the equivalent of under £1 per hour for their highly skilled efforts. This is far less than the minimum wage.

The US economy is growing largely due to a significant increase in exports of oil, gas and coal since 2022 and the start of the Ukraine War. The EU economy has been impacted more by the Ukraine war due to a previous reliance on Russian oil. The EU has relatively low levels of oil production. The UK is a small producer of oil which leaves the UK reliant on oil imports, the sooner we move away from oil the better, not just as a benefit for the environment but probably more importantly, for our economy.

The growth of the US economy has helped increase demand for services which the UK has been well placed to benefit from and services are largely exempt from tariffs. Whilst UK services exports have increased, UK goods exports have decreased, particularly to the EU as a result of the barriers caused by Brexit.

Most of the growth in services is based in London which remains a UK powerhouse, fortunately this growth in services has been despite of Brexit.

Brexit has done little apart from the two that Mr S has highlighted. What happened to Levelling Up and the 40 New Hospitals.

Amazing the pretence that Brexit was about the economy or what was best for this country. It was about 2 things, immigration and the Conservatives being concerned about UKIP.

In 2023 the USA exported 10 million barrels per day of oil and they imported 8.5 million barrels per day. The nett exports amount to approx. 0.12% of their economy and that's the total not the growth. It's peanuts ! The reasons for the EU's 20 year's of economic underperformance are wide ranging and widely accepted by most of the world accept for one person and the Liberal Democrats. Even the ministers and politicians running the EU fully acknowledge and accept these reasons.

According to people who have analysed the UK good's exports to the EU on a product by product basis, using specific trade codes, the decline in goods exports has been due to energy related products and aerospace products. The energy related products have been effected by UK domestic policies on energy production and nett zero. The UK's aerospace product exports are directly related to the production of wide body aircraft. These declined after the pandemic due to reduced flying hours during the pandemic and they have struggled to increase production since then due to supply shortages. There has also been reductions in car exports but EU car exports have also been hit and this is largely due to the vast increase in car production in Asia.

Despite these problems the UK has moved from being the 7th largest world exporter before Brexit to being the 4th largest today.

8 NH. Your missing that oil drilled in the USA is staying in the USA and feeding into the US economy directly. In 2024 the USA exported $118.5 billion, 9.4% of world oil exports and third in the world behind Saudi and Russia. Norway is the main exporter in the EU with $49 billion. The UK exports are $16 billion.

As for UK exports to EU, Chmicals, Food and live animals, material manufacturer, machinery and transport equipment are all down, see ONS. Again it is services that have seen steady growth for many years that is making the difference.
