GOING OUT TODAY? COULD YOU DO YOUR COUNTRY A FAVOUR?

If you’re going out today, we have a small request to make on behalf of democracy

It's quick, and you don't have to risk your life

We all know the perilous state our democracy currently finds itself in

It is the Brexit Facts4EU.Org position that the most important thing by far is letting our MPs know that their anti-democratic behaviour is unacceptable.

We know it won’t stop some, but it might affect the more extreme positions of others if we ensure that all MPs are fully aware of the strength of feeling in the country, before it’s too late. It might also tip the balance of those who are wavering.

It doesn’t matter if your MP is a raving Remoaner on steroids. The more they hear from voters the better! It all makes a difference at the margin.

Here’s what you can do today

Print off all or some of the attached and drop it into the local constituency office of your MP (details below)
Post a copy to your MP in Parliament
Email a copy to your MP in Parliament

I would like to see the figures on which your documents are based. This all looks very one-sided to me.
The official documents from the government show that a no deal crashing out would be a disaster. What makes you the experts?

Can you please supply me with a list of all Remainers (aka hypocrites) as I intend to send them some of your material, which will include the damning Customs Union flyer. Jeremy Corbyn is first on my list.
I believe we are having some effect, as my own MP, David Warburton, Somerton & Frome, has voted consistently for May's abominable WA., but recently voted for a NO DEAL in the indicative voting fiasco!
I believe that MPs across the board are waking up to the fact that we will NEVER leave unless we do so on WTO terms and that this miserable process will be protracted into eternity by our traitorous Prime MInister and will dominate politicians ' lives for eternity unless we escape.
If anyone is so inclined, I thoroughly recommend watching a recent interview between UKIP Leader Gerard Batten and the snide left-wing (GERMAN BORN) Matt Frei on LBC, discussing Brexit, Tommy Robinson, etc. Gerard was so impressively cool and completely won the day - to the extent that it might encourage some to join UKIP!

Dear Scientist, firstly, almost all the figures on the website here are from the EU Commission or Eurostat; all are from official, public, authoritative sources. The source is given, so you can check. Those latest trade figures are from Eurostat. Last year's figures were much the same, also on OBR.
Re no deal: 1) The Treasury's forecasts re no deal & Brexit have been ridiculed the world over. As a scientist, you will know the importance of reproducibility. The Treasury refuses to produce their model, methodology for these forecasts. see eg clip from a select committee

Some key assumptions have been both wheedled out, & extrapolated, and these have led the forecasts to be ridiculed the world over by neutral economists. Nobel prize winner Paul Krugman is one who has criticized them - eg 28 Nov 2018: "As best I can tell, the big results depend on assumed relations between trade/FDI flows and productivity. It's really important to understand that this channel does not follow from basic trade theory and comparative advantage; it's a black-box story"
He was worried about the opacity, and the implications of that.
Another economist: "The Treasury has used customs costs of 3.5% which should be less than 1%, elasticity of 6x when standard figure should be 0.1x. That is how they get to goods down 68% and services down 31%. They have also assumed no policy change over next 15 years. General consensus is garbage in equals garbage out."
The actual figures coming out for the UK economy have been good (relatively speaking, the world economy is in challenging times, in part because of downturn in China). Unemployment is down (including the number of those on the abomination of zero-hours contracts). If you contrast the UK's economic performance with eg Germany, France ...

'Scientist' - I will assume for a moment you seek facts. The very nature of Brexit Facts4EU.org is providing FACTS from official sources. If you feel the facts you find are inaccurate, then provide full details accordingly, together with your sources.
You cannot challenge the facts you find here as they are from official sources, and putting it simply, facts are facts.
Perhaps 'Scientist' who never produces facts, may wish to adjust his language instead of listening to government who don't want us to leave.
A so-called 'no deal crashing out' is nothing of the sort (it's just part of the project fear mentality).
Leaving the EU political union and its SM and CU is nothing to fear. UK trading didn't start when the EU started - we've been around a whole lot longer than the secretive EU construct.
This is from a respected MP:
"Well the Brexteers like Gove and Johnson say they want to leave the single market, and that means that we go on to WTO tariffs, which means that within two years we'll leave the European Union, and after that period we will be out of the single market".
Seems clear enough to me, and that was from a remainer that formed part of a previous article some time ago.
To summarise, there is no crashing out, no falling off a cliff edge, or any other ridiculous project fear words and phrases our anti-democratic MPs may use to try and scare the hell out of people. Their favourite word at present appears to be 'catastrophic'. MPs need to get out of the Westminster bubble and understand real people can see straight through their pathetic behaviour.
We had a lawful UK-wide referendum and everyone, including MPs knew what was happening. The establishment just thought they'd win.
Leave won, remain did not. Like all Leave voters, I believe in my country. There may be some bumps along the way in the short term, and I'm okay with that.
So with respect 'scientist', stop being so negative, and get on board the UK express.
