After years of warnings, Facts4EU calls out those guilty of creating conditions for tragedy to happen
For years Facts4EU.Org has published the shocking trends in the persecution of British Jews and the stark contrast with the treatment of the rapidly-expanding Muslim population. A combination of political self-interest and a woke police force driven by its College of Policing, created the conditions for yesterday’s horrific attack.
Today we present the clear facts behind the wanton transformation of a society which does not remotely resemble or portray the traditional British values and culture of which we were once proud.
SUMMARY
- 12 times as many antisemitic hate crimes compared to anti-Muslim hate crimes, pro-rata
- Religious hate crimes have risen nearly five times in 10 years
- Hate crimes against Jews have more than doubled in last 12 months’ numbers
- Meanwhile Starmer focuses on official definition of Islamophobia as a crime
- Starmer encourages the murderers of Hamas by recognition of non-existent Palestinian state
- The police allow unlawful street protests by pro-Palestinians in cities every week
- Last night pro-Palestinian protests and marches were permitted to celebrate yesterday’s atrocity
1. Jewish versus Muslim and other religious hate crimes
Below we quote directly from the Home Office's latest official statistics for hate crime for England and Wales, year ending March 2024. We believe the figures for antisemitic crimes will have risen yet further from the deeply worrying figures we are able to give in this report, but we can only use the latest official data, which is 18 months old. The fact it is this much out-of-date is in itself very worrying. Scotland and Northern Ireland report separately.
“Annually, there were 3,282 religious hate crimes targeted at Jewish people in the year ending March 2024, more than double the number recorded the previous year (1,543).”
“There was also an increase in religious hate crimes targeted against Muslims since the beginning of the Israel-Hamas conflict, with 3,866 offences in the latest year, up 13% from 3,432 recorded the previous year.”
So the number of hate crime incidents recorded against Jewish people more than doubled, whereas those against Muslim people rose by 13%. However, what is even more important than numbers and percentage increases is the effect on the relative populations of each group. Below are the statistics that matter, as felt by each community.
“Information on religious hate crimes can also be presented based on rates per population, using estimates from the 2021 Census.
In the last year to 2024, there were 121 religious hate crimes per 10,000 population targeted at Jewish people, the highest rate for any religious group, and up from 57 per 10,000 the previous year. The next highest rate was for hate crimes targeted at Muslims, with 10 per 10,000 population, up from 9 per 10,000. ‘Other religion’ had a rate of 14 religious hate crimes per 10,000 population.”

3. Meanwhile, the Government has set up a Working Group on ‘Islamophobia/Anti-Muslim Hatred
Readers will be aware of a Government initiative to produce a working definition of ‘Islamophobia/Anti-Muslim hatred’. Some months ago Facts4EU was given an advance copy of a letter drafted by one of the authors in the House of Lords. We recommend reading this.
The Government – specifically the then Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner - announced the setting up of this ‘Working Group’ on 28 February 2025 and laid out its justification.

Deputy Prime Minister, Angela Rayner, said:
“The rise in anti-Muslim hate crime is unacceptable and has no place in our society.
“That’s why we’ve committed to defining Anti-Muslim Hatred/Islamophobia, as a crucial step forward in tackling it and creating a society where everyone feels safe and welcome.”
- Angela Rayner
‘The group will be chaired by Dominic Grieve KC, bringing his years of legal and government expertise to the role,’ said the Department.

The former Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government stated :
“Incidents of hate crime and Islamophobia are at record high in England and Wales – as set out in recent government statistics.”
4. The College of Policing, two-tier policing, and the Chief Constables
Facts4EU has published several reports about the College of Policing and its role in the indoctrination of the police officers now patrolling our social media accounts. It is little wonder we witness video recordings by members of the public of officers in action, which have horrified those who have seen them on the television or online.
These are not the ‘bobbies’ of old but no-one is suggesting they should be. There is, however, an expectation that accompanying all the changes facilitated by improved technology and personal protective gear, the values and principles that they are here to serve the public, not to force them, should continue as before. It used to be the case that other countries had police forces, whilst the UK had a police service. This is no longer true.
Facts4EU has read many past annual reports from His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services (HMICFRS), many of which were highly critical. Recent changes mean that the criticisms are weighted in favour of ‘improvements made’ rather than listing all the faults. We believe this to be due to a change in personnel at the top of this organisation. That said, here is a quote from their latest report.
“While more crime is being recorded, too many offences are still going unrecorded; an estimated 285,000 last year. There were a small number of occasions when inspectors found forces over-recording crimes, which was slightly distorting the police recorded crime information available.”
- Latest report, HMICFRS
The simple fact is that – as so often – the public know best. They know there is almost no point reporting many types of crime, as the police will do nothing about them. The latest scandal to hit the headlines has been the surge in shoplifting. This is now at such a level that prices in the shops will start to rise considerably, simply to cover these costs.
The official crime statistics are no longer fit for purpose and even the Office for National Statistics comes close to admitting this. Any suggestion that crime rates are falling is, frankly, ludicrous. It is the reporting and recording of crime that is falling, as all confidence drains from the system.
5. At night, our cities’ streets resemble Gaza, with uncontrolled, pro-Palestinian demonstrations
For demonstrations to be allowed last night in Manchester and other cities including London was a disgrace. Had firework rockets been set off in any march in favour of the Jewish community, or indeed any other march such as the one for uniting the country with the national flag, we are sure the police would have acted immediately.
Yesterday was Yom Kippur, the most holy day in the Jewish calendar. A horrific terrorist attack had taken place, which appears to have been wholly antisemitic in nature. Have these people no shame? If not, then the police should have stepped in and finally started enforcing the law. Perhaps if they had done so from the start, the atmosphere which has developed amongst extremist elements within the (majority peaceful) Muslim community would have been very different.
Finally there is the decision of the Government to recognise a Palestinian state without any conditions on Hamas, even though one does not exist in any conventional sense. This was celebrated by Hamas and greeted with very strong condemnation by the Israeli government. Some would question the message this sent to extremist Muslims in the UK, aside from the international implications and consequences.
We end with the words of the Israeli Foreign Minister last night
“I stand with the wonderful Jewish community of Britain, which is currently suffering from a horrific wave of antisemitism.
“The truth must be told: blatant and rampant antisemitic and anti-Israeli incitement, as well as calls of support for terror, have recently become a widespread phenomenon in the streets of London, in cities across Britain, and on its campuses.
“The authorities in Britain have failed to take the necessary action to curb this toxic wave of antisemitism and have effectively allowed it to persist. .
“We expect more than words from the Starmer government. We expect and demand a change of course, effective action, and enforcement against the rampant antisemitic and anti-Israeli incitement in Britain.”
- Gideon Sa'ar, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Israel, 02 Oct 2025
Observations
It was entirely predictable that when the attack took place, Sir Keir was off at one of his international, globalist gatherings, this time in Denmark. We suggest he starts remember he is no longer an international human rights lawyer and starts to remember which country he is supposed to be governing.
The Prime Minister has now announced an increase in police protection for the Jewish community. It has taken a tragedy to prompt him. This comes on the back of the news that the official security for Nigel Farage has been slashed by 75%, only weeks after the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Must we wait for an attempt on the life of a senior politician for the PM to wake up to these dangers also?
It is our view that the PM should focus on dealing with Palestinian protests which are making our cities no-go zones at night and fostering an angry, violent atmosphere. Our Jewish community should not need to have armed protection - that is no way to live in a supposedly civilised society. Protection immediately is necessary but only as a short-term solution to a deep malaise which has been allowed to fester in our society by successive governments, exacerbated by the current government, and especially by the PM's recognition of a Palestinian state.
We have the most unpopular Prime Minister in British history. He needs the Muslim vote, which is now significant due to uncontrolled immigration over many years. Either he faces up to what it means to be a Prime Minister for the whole country, and reinstates order and traditional British values – particularly in our cities - or his popularity will plummet further, to new record levels.
None of the above has anything to do with the political spectrum. It is about the nature of the society we live in. We would like our country back and we will continue to fight for this until we can no longer pay the bills.
