CAMERON GOES COLD ON TURKEY 50 DAYS BEFORE REFERENDUM
10 years of being pro-Turkey, then going cold-Turkey just before the Referendum?
Here are some short excerpts from Mr Cameron's speeches on Turkey's accession to the EU.
  • 2005: “We warmly welcome the accession talks with Turkey.”
  • 2010: “So I will remain your strongest possible advocate for EU membership and for greater influence at the top table of European diplomacy. This is something I feel very strongly and very passionately about.”
“Turkey deserves its place at the top table of European politics – and that is what I will fight for.”
“The case for Turkish membership of the European Union is indisputable.”
(Ankara, speech to Turkish Parliament, Jul 27, 2010)
  • 2015: “I can confirm the British government’s policy hasn’t changed and he’s absolutely right in what he says about the importance of helping Turkey [become an EU member state].”
  • May 2016: “Turkish membership of the EU, don’t think about it. It’s not remotely on the cards.” (House of Commons Liaison Committee, 04 May 2016)
10 years fighting for Turkey’s membership – gone in a Referendum instant.

MIGRANTS COST EU OVER A £1/4 TRILLION POUNDS IN 2015 – EU COMMISSION RELEASE FIGURES & PROPOSALS
FACTS4EU.ORG
EXCLUSIVE

EU Commission gives shocking new figures for cost of migrants into the EU
EU Commission announced proposed new asylum rules for EU countries yesterday.
They've effectively set the processing cost per migrant at
¼ million euros per man, woman, and child.
  • EU countries must accept forced relocation of migrants again.
  • If countries refuse, they pay a “contribution of €250,000" for each applicant.
  • Note that this figure is a ‘contribution’, not a fine – and the Commission does not even say it’s the full cost per migrant.
  • EU now admits to receiving 1.32 million asylum seekers in 2015.
  • That means a cost in 2015 of a £¼ TRILLION pounds.
  • That’s such a massive number it’s hard to comprehend. It’s the equivalent of £3.9 million for every man, woman, & child in the UK.

“WE’RE OUTSIDE SCHENGEN, SO WE CONTROL OUR BORDERS” – IS MR CAMERON RIGHT?
The PM says that being outside the Schengen area means we control our borders. Here we debunk this and explain the reality in simple terms.
  1. The UK is not in the ‘passport-free’ Schengen area. EU passports must be presented at the UK’s borders.
  2. But if someone has an EU passport, the UK can’t stop them entering.
  3. All EU citizens have the right of entry into the UK, to live and work, by showing their passport.
  4. That’s what ‘free movement’ is, and it’s compulsory for all EU members, including the UK.
  5. Being outside the Schengen area makes no difference – all can come.
The only way to control free movement of millions of EU migrants into the UK is to leave the EU.
These are the simple EU facts and they are uncontested.

MR CAMERON'S CLAIMS: THE FACTS OF IMMIGRATION OF EU NATIONALS INTO THE UK
In Parliament on April 13: Mr Cameron was asked by Jacob Rees Mogg MP about the Government's £9 million taxpayer-funded propaganda leaflet:

"Have we withdrawn from the [EU's] free movement of people, or is that leaflet simply untrue?"
  • Regrettably Mr Cameron once again deceived the British public by talking about non-EU migrants.
  • The PM: "This is why it's important that we send information to households, so they can see the truth about what's being proposed... We've got the best of both worlds!"
  • Unfortunately for Mr Cameron, the official Government facts prove the opposite. The graph shows clearly that we can't control our borders while remaining a member of the EU.
  • EU immigration into the UK has rocketed since 2003, putting pressure on jobs, wages, housing, health services, schools, and other services.
  • The number of EU nationals officially working in the UK has risen by 365% in 12 years, from 558,000 to 2,036,000.
EU Membership forces us to accept free movement of EU nationals into the UK.

Is immigration from the EU into the UK even worse than we're told?
1. We’re told that 172,000 EU migrants came to live in the UK permanently in the year to Sept 2015. These Government figures are based on passenger surveys.

2. However there’s a problem. The Dept of Work & Pensions says that 630,000 NI numbers were issued to EU migrants last year. That’s 3.6 times more people than the Government says came to stay permanently. And the number’s been growing by over 40% per year.

3. Currently the Government is refusing to release any information to explain the massive difference. It would be highly embarrassing if they had to admit that EU immigration into the UK was 2 or 3 times higher than they’d told us…

4. There’s a possible explanation for their secrecy. Most Eastern Europeans use low-cost airlines, which don’t fly into major airports like Heathrow. The Government’s surveys have ‘weightings’ for many things, but not for where EU migrants fly into. So the numbers flying into Stansted, Luton, etc may be massively under-represented in the Government’s figures.

5. It looks like the true figure of EU immigration could be as much as half a million a year.

Cost of Benefit Claims From EU Migrants
1. Most people accept that the majority of EU migrants entering the UK come to work, and many contribute much to our country. But how much are EU migrants costing the UK taxpayer purely in benefits payments?

2. The answer is simple : £3.4 billion in the year 2013/2014. This is the latest official figure from the Dept of Work and Pensions.

3. This figure does not include Disability Living Allowance, Carer’s Allowance, Child Benefit or Tax Credits, so the full and accurate figure will be higher than £3.4 billion.

4. EU migrants need an NI number to claim benefits. In the last 12 years, the number of EU migrants with NI numbers has grown by more than 40% per year, so we can expect much higher bills every year if we stay in. The only way to stop this is to stop ‘free movement’ – and to do that we have to leave the EU.

VISA-FREE ACCESS FOR MOLDOVANS, GEORGIANS, UKRAINIANS
The EU is continuously growing and expanding its reach geographically and into all areas of our lives. Voting ‘Remain’ means a vote for an uncertain future. Here are some facts.

1. Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine are Eastern European countries who wish to join the EU.

2. Their combined population is 52.9 million and their average wage is only £1.24 per hour.

3. Moldovans were approved for visa free access to the EU's Schengen zone in April 2014 and Georgians were approved on 09 March this year. Ukrainians will be approved if the Dutch vote yes in their referendum on 06 April.

4. Who’s next? 10 other territories are in various stages of negotiating to joining the EU, including Turkey, 6 Balkan countries, and 3 Caribbean islands. So voting ‘Remain’ means an uncertain and expanding EU, with fewer and fewer voting rights for the UK.

‘Remain’ Means Change : Turkey and EU Expansionism
The EU is continuously growing and expanding its reach geographically and into all areas of our lives. Voting ‘Remain’ means a vote for an uncertain future. Here are some facts.

1. The EU is in the process of agreeing to accelerate Turkey’s membership application.

2. Turkey’s population is 78.7 million and is 99% Islamic, with 85,412 mosques. When it joins, it will be the largest country in the EU and will have the most MEPs in the European Parliament.

3. The EU plans to waive all visa requirements for Turks from June this year. Mr Cameron has always supported Turkey’s application for EU membership.

4. In 2014, the EU accepted Mayotte as part of the EU. Mayotte is a French island off southern Africa, with a 97% Islamic population. Half the population are under 18 years old and only 29% of adults are employed. This is the latest of the enlargements of the EU, about which British people are told little.

5. Who’s next? 13 other territories are in various stages of negotiating to joining the EU, including Turkey, 6 Balkan countries, 3 Caribbean islands, and 3 more Eastern European countries. So voting ‘Remain’ means an uncertain and expanding EU, with fewer and fewer voting rights for the UK.

  2. In return, they have sent 110 Syrians to the EU for resettlement
  3. The deal which was organised by German Chancellor Merkel is costing the EU €6 billion
  4. The Turkish Prime Minister says they now qualify for visa-free EU access
  5. He goes on to say that the migrant deal will be off if the EU doesn’t grant visa-free EU access for all its 78 million citizens
